Hello and Happy Early Spring,
Your Board has been busy at work over the past months getting ready for 2024.
We have tidied up the Bylaws, which will soon be approved, Worked on Road Issues with the Allegan County Road Commision, and planned a whole bunch of activities for the upcoming months, all of which will be on the DLSA Website in the coming weeks.
That brings us to his years 2024 Membership Renewal drive:
As with last year, we have streamlined the process by allowing you to pay or dues online. Please Please try to pay your dues with the secure link below as Checks often can get lost and not accounted for.
So here is what you need to do:
- To Renew your membership and pay your Annual Membership Dues online now, click the link below:
- We also have a direct link for payment of dues on the front page of the Douglas Lake Shore Association Website:
- The Membership directory is available for you to download a copy under the “Membership” drop down menu on the website.
- The password is “Beachsand” to log in to the “Membership Directory”
- Note: We have had many new members join over the winter months and those new members will be added to the directory over the next few weeks. Check back often to see who is new in the neighborhood.
Board and Committee Leadership Opportunities:
- We welcome Bob Beauregard as our newest Board member was voted in to fill a vacant position on the board. Bob and his Husband Eric Converse moved to the Lakeshore full time in October of 2023 and have been very active in the community over the winter. Please welcome Bob and Eric if you see them at any of the DLSA Events and/or Local happenings this spring.
- We are always looking for Committee members so if you feel you have some skills and/or talents to bring to your organization, please reach out.
- If you have any other ideas or would like to help your organization in anyway, Please let us know! Send us a message (douglaslakeshoreassociation@gmail.com) with one of the following messages:
- I am interested in serving on an DLSA committee
- I am interested in serving on the DLSA Board of Directors
- I am interested in helping DLSA in other ways. Please contact me.
