Meeting was held at Bill Lefley barn

1. Bill called the meeting to order.

2. Present - Bill Lefley, Gail Zandstra, Michael O’Connor, Joe Milaukas, Mike Finn. Excused - David Bernat, Tammy Cunnion, Mike Flynn, Steve McKown, Mimi Harris, Anne Dooley. No quorum at this meeting. Fritz Baker joined the meeting as an invited guest, to possibly be considered for the board.

3. Minutes will be voted on for approval at the next meeting.

4. Treasury Report - The board discussed the report. $3,300 was transferred into the account. $500.00 collected from dues. $1,700 was paid in liability insurance. $545.00 in credit card fees. The board questioned the credit card fee and liability insurance and will ask David for more information and itemization.

5. Marketing - Bill has been updating the membership list quarterly. There has been no new advertising on the website.

7. Membership - 3 new members that paid in September and 2 new members that paid in October will be rolled in for next year. Bill will send out the dues notice earlier next year. Dues renewal is always in the Spring.

8. Social - Friday, October 27, Halloween mixer. Friday, December 8, Holiday party. At the next meeting discussion for next year’s DLSA calendar.

9. Old Business - The road sign has been installed. There are 5 property signs left and all initial money back. Charging $40.00 per sign.

10. New Business - Bill will resend the June 19 by-laws, the most updated ones. Bill will send out the updated by-laws which will be voted on at the next board meeting. Steve sent out an email to the drain commission concerning a blockage on the lakeshore. Next meeting Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
