The Allegan County Road Commission has completed the Feasibility Study phase of Lakeshore Drive evaluation related to erosion and access concerns. This includes information presented at the July 19th, 2022 workshop meeting that was held at Saugatuck High School. Prien&Newhof has completed a Study Report that is available for viewing and download.

The Road Commission is just starting the next phase of evaluation for Lakeshore Drive that will go through the end of 2023. During this next phase there will be further review of options and possible routes for a new road. No public meetings are scheduled at this time, but we anticipate sharing more information in 2023.
